Here are the Formula 1 drivers' championship and constructors' championship standings after Charles Leclerc took a momentous home win for Ferrari in the 2024 Italian Grand Prix.

Leclerc qualified fourth for the race at Monza but he scythed into second at the start of the race - at the expense of McLaren's Lando Norris - while the McLaren team-mates scrapped.

The Ferrari driver pulled off a one-stop strategy while McLaren's Oscar Piastri and Norris pitted twice.

That strategy helped Leclerc secure his second win at Monza to send the home fans into raptures.

McLaren settled for the final two podium spots and it is just eight points behind Red Bull heading to Azerbaijan.

Max Verstappen and Sergio Perez struggled for Red Bull and neither driver could make their way into the top five.

Verstappen still leads the drivers' championship but his lead stands at 62 points heading to Baku.
