2025 Formula 2 driver line-ups: Who’s driving in the 2025 F2 season?
The FIA Formula 2 Championship will once again be featured alongside Formula 1 race weekends in 2025, comprising 14 rounds and a total of 28 races. Each round will include both a feature race and a sprint race.
This season also begins a new era for the FIA Formula 2 and Formula 3 Championships as both will utilise Aramco's advanced fuel containing 100% second generation bio components - for all 52 cars.
F2 will kick off in Melbourne, Australia, on the weekend of March 14 before heading to Sakhir for the second round of 2025 at Bahrain International Circuit on April 11.
The field heads to Saudi Arabia straight after racing in Bahrain for a pair of street races at Jeddah.
A three-week break follows before the drivers take to Europe in a triple-header comprising Imola, Monaco and Spain. Another break of nearly four weeks follows before the Austrian sprint and feature races, with a trip to Great Britain next on the calendar.
Belgium, Hungary and Monza complete the European leg before the field heads to Azerbaijan for another street race at Baku.
Following the Azerbaijan races, a two-month hiatus will occur before the 2025 F2 season ends with a double-header in Qatar and Abu Dhabi.
