Explore the best images from the 2025 Formula 1 Aramco pre-season test after all 20 F1 drivers turned laps of Bahrain International Circuit for their respective teams.
Lando Norris topped the first day of testing for reigning F1 constructors' champion McLaren with a best lap of 1m30.430s - 0.157s faster than the best effort of Mercedes's runner-up George Russell.
The first day was lengthened by an hour to account for a red flag flown for a power cut in the afternoon - which paused track running but also led to every team bringing out backup power generators to keep their respective computer systems running.
Williams driver Carlos Sainz set the benchmark on day two with a fastest lap of 1m29.348s, with the Ferraris of Lewis Hamilton and Charles Leclerc within a tenth of the Spaniard.
Light rain made for slippery conditions on the second day but conditions cleared for the third and final day in Bahrain.
The third day was however punctuated by two bizarre red flags. The first was for a shattered pane of glass on track, believed to be from the race starter's gantry on the start/finish line; the second red flag was for a circuit bus that had made its way onto the track.
Russell set the fastest time on the third day of testing with a lap of 1m29.545s, 0.021s faster than reigning champion Max Verstappen's best lap - while Williams's Alex Albon was third on the final day's table.
